1. Agreement to Terms

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, legal action, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, game designs, audio-visual materials, and other intellectual property displayed on or available through the vvip88 Platform are the exclusive property of vvip88 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vvip88 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or any other matter relating to the Services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited to your account in the three months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

8.3 Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

vvip88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, scheduled maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
